We want you to feel safe paying for Gradforth Africa. This Refund Policy explains when a refund is available for the ₦4,900 lifetime access plan.
1. Activation guarantee
If we do not activate your paid access within 48 hours of receiving a valid payment proof, you are entitled to a full refund on request.
2. 7-day satisfaction refund
Within 7 days of activation, you may request a full refund for any reason, as long as you have not violated the Terms of Service.
3. When we cannot refund
- Requests made more than 7 days after activation.
- Accounts suspended for fraud, abuse, or breach of the Terms of Service.
- Bank charges or fees your bank deducted from the original transfer.
4. How to request
Message us on WhatsApp from the number you used to send payment proof, or email jimtechglobal@gmail.com with:
- The email address on your Gradforth account.
- The date and reference of your bank transfer.
- The reason for the refund.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are sent back to the originating bank account within 5 working days.
