These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Gradforth Africa (the "Service"), operated by Jimtech Enterprise Solutions. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use Gradforth
The Service is intended for undergraduate and recent-graduate students in Nigeria and other African countries. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or infringes any third-party rights.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute content, listings, or user data from the Service.
- Impersonate any person, employer, university, or organisation.
- Attempt to break, probe, or bypass the Service's security or rate limits.
4. Paid access
Gradforth offers a one-time lifetime access plan for ₦4,900. Payment is accepted by bank transfer to the account shown on the Pricing page. Access is activated manually once payment is verified. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
5. Third-party opportunities
Internships, scholarships, jobs, gigs, and events are aggregated from public sources and third-party partners. We do not employ or represent those organisations and cannot guarantee the accuracy, fairness, or outcome of any application. Certification and course links may earn us referral commissions at no extra cost to you.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding, and its original content are owned by Jimtech Enterprise Solutions. You retain ownership of the content you post; by posting you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it within the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraud, including chargeback or non-payment.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability arising out of your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
